SHIPPING

Every order is shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked online.

Countries available for shipping:

Canada: please allow 4-6 business days

USA: please allow 5-8 business days

International: Please allow 12+ days

Fancy Bunny Nails ships worldwide. If the website does not ship to your country, please contact me, and I will add your destination to the website.

All orders are shipped with bubble mailers and carefully wrapped in cute bags to ensure that no nails get damaged during transportation.

Please note that Fancy Bunny Nails has no control over the delivery time and lost mail. Fancy Bunny Nails will try their best to help you track the package, but we don't have access to your country's mailing service.

***Nail glue and cuticle oil will not be included in the application kit for customers outside of Canada because airmail prohibits shipping liquids. Instead, I will include extra adhesive tabs. You can purchase nail glue at your local beauty or drug store.***

PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for your order is between 3-7 days. This does not include shipping time. Orders are being made and shipped as they arrive. 

 

POLICIES

Fancy Bunny Nails does not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Every set is custom-made and cannot be resold. 

Fancy Bunny Nails is not responsible if you ordered incorrect nail sizes, so please double check your order. If you are uncertain about your measurements, fell free to contact me directly and I will help you to the best of my ability.
